Tell us how you're travelling

This is how the travel team knows when you land, where you're staying, and what you still need before you can travel. You don't need an account — if something changes later you can come back with your phone number and date of birth.

Who you are

Your name must match your passport exactly — airlines and immigration check it against the passport, not against the name we know you by.

Travel documents

Your passport normally has to stay valid for six months after you travel. If yours expires sooner, tell us now rather than later.

Getting there

Your arrival date and time matter most — that's what the pickup team works from. If you haven't booked yet, leave the flight fields blank and come back once you have.

Where you're staying

Add a row for each hotel. Most people stay outside Asese first and move to an Asese hotel on the Thursday or Friday — if that's you, add both stays so we know when you're moving.
